Manchester Homes architects collaborate with home buyers to explore and realize their visions. Under the leadership of Tom Korte, our architectural services department works closely with new home buyers to arrive at a set of plans that achieves their goals and desires while staying within budget.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Manchester Homes professional design services are provided by a staff with more than 10 years of experience in residential interior design. Julie Swenson, member of ASID, leads the department in home planning, designing and decorating.

FINANCING

Manchester Homes works in cooperation with MidCountry Bank, a financial services company skilled in structuring loans for new home buyers. Angie Peglow, Senior Construction Loan Consultant, guides customers through the process of securing both construction and permanent financing to streamline the homebuilding process.
